Disgraceful service

I was subjected to atrocious service by Fife Accident Repair Limited in relation to a white Toyota Aygo vehicle registration SL17 BZT which this company had impounded unlawfully on Saturday afternoon 31st March, 2018. I had had the car on loan from Bodywyse in Kirkcaldy but broke down on the A92 while travelling west bound at about 3.15pm. I left the car close to the verge and off the carriageway while I went for help but when I returned barely an hour later, the car had disappeared. Neither the company nor the police who instructed them made any effort to contact Bodywyse to alert them to the situation even though the name Bodywyse is emblazoned all over the car and I only found out they had the vehicle at all when I called the police to report it stolen.
