This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst flooring company in the UK. Paid a deposit of over £600.00 to order the flooring, laminate flooring which is widely available within 24 hours from bulk stockist's. We were promised 11 different fitting dates and times, not once did this company turn up, citing different reasons and excuses. After six weeks of promised appointments to fit the flooring, on top of four weeks of waiting for them to obtain freely available materials, we are awaiting a refund of the deposit having cancelled the job. However, since cancelling the job, they have not answered 14 attempts to contact them, and have remained silent. Six weeks after requesting a refund, we are starting proceedings to recover the monies due as a business debt through the courts. Definitely do not use…
