We are a UK based provider of Virtual Project Support services for small & medium sized businesses across the UK. We also provide local point of contact for globally led projects overseas organisations.

Our Virtual Project Managers or Assistants can ensure your projects maintain momentum, meet milestones & targets and stay within budget.

START UP Support Package (10 HOURS/ MONTH AT £345)

This package is ideal for start ups or entrepreneurs who would like to start a project and are need support to get things moving, whether that is in defining or kicking off a project. In addition to our services this includes a weekly meeting by telephone or Skype to ensure we remain connected and on track.​

SMALL BUSINESS PACKAGE (20 HOURS PER MONTH AT £625)

This package is ideal for sole traders or SMEs who would like to advance more projects and are need a little boost , whether that is in the planning or the doing. In addition to our services this includes a weekly meeting by telephone or Skype to ensure we remain connected and on track.​

PROJECT ACCELERATOR (30 HOURS PER MONTH AT £875)

The perfect package for small business owners who want to really increase the pace on a project and get things completed quickly. In addition to our services this includes two weekly meetings by telephone or Skype to ensure we continue to progress as planned and remain on track.

Project Support Services

Even though we don't know your area of expertise like you do, we are seriously good at planning and very good at picking up on what needs doing when. If you struggle with this area we are able to help you out and assist with creating plans for specific projects. We are able to provide:
- Ordered and concise action plans detailing individual tasks and associated time scales
- Risk Log management for anticipating, mitigating and managing risks associated with the project
- Coordination of the project and / or the people involved in the project
- Communication of the project progress for management & stakeholders
