We've been using Rab and John to service all our vehicles for many years. They give an honest appraisal of the work needed and don't 'pad it out' with unnecessary repairs to up the bill. With Rab's permission, we've sourced our own parts to keep costs down, which they then fit. They have many years of experience, which they use to carefully diagnose faults. For complex problems, this is really important to be confident the repair will genuinely fix the issue. We've recommended Robert Hutchinson Services to many many people, who are all happy with the work carried out and the price. They've recently become an RAC approved garage. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Gave this guy a small fortune to keep my car on the road in the last few years. Started to notice that I had to pay £50 a time to remove warning lights that my cars computer would remove automatically when the parts were replaced, such as brake pads etc. But unforgivably and unbelievably sends me out for a week with a seriously dangerous tyre, while he waited for me to get my order of two new tyres from Black Circles. He knows I do a 50 mile commute each day, but he obviously could not give a damn about my safety. I realised a month later that he only replaced one of the tyres, and basically stole the other. Still had the impudence and cheek to still charge me for the fitting fee for the other tyre though. Very annoying as I thought he was a guy I could trust and put my faith into. Not any more. And also every one else I know that uses him. AVOID! 'Biting the hand that feeds' is not what you want to do in a small town community!
