Krav Maga Martial Art Classes for Adults and kids
Combat Scotland are a family run Krav Maga Self Defence, Fitness & Security based training school based in Kirkcaldy. Both instructors Rab & Jamie Baird have trained and qualified under a number of fighting systems belonging previously to both IKMF and KMG Krav Maga organisations, now solely affiliated to the no nonsense Urban Krav Maga team.
The club has grown over the years mainly due to our core of loyal students, we are in the process of expanding and moving in a new direction, as well as our excellent adult Krav Maga training we are now offering running a number of exciting classes such as a Family Martial Arts class where parent and child can bond and train together. Our Combat Xtreme 30min classes will based on HITT, kettlebell and functional fitness ensuring you receive an all over body muscle kicking session for those with busy lifestyles.
Our club is open to male & female, big or small, fit or unfit... no egos exist within the club and everyone has a great time, our ethos of ever improving and evolving with time is one that allows no rest. This approach to training continues to inform and evolve our teaching and, linked with our real world experience, helps us to adapt and modify techniques to fit the needs of all who train with us.
